Meet The Team
Owner and Clinical Pharmacist
Golden Benjamin Berrett, PharmD, BCACP, BC-ADM
Ben grew up in the Wasatch Front and eventually found his way into pharmacy after nearly completing an accounting degree. He has worked in the pharmacy profession since 2005 with stops at Walgreens, Indian Health Services, University of Utah, and some private consulting along the way. He completed his doctor of pharmacy degree at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy - Glendale in 2010 and a general practice residency at Whiteriver Indian Hospital in 2011.
While working Whiteriver Ben gained experience in clinical settings and was also relied on for technical support as an informaticist. He then used his clinical experience to support patients at the Utah Diabetes and Endocrinology Center when he also a became board certified advanced diabetes manager. He jumped into a clinical manager role with responsibilities split between direct patient care and managing a team of pharmacists, residents, technicians, and interns in primary care. He also spent time teaching classes ranging from leadership and engagement to diabetes therapeutics. Ben brings that experience with him and taps into all of those skills and experiences as owner and clinical pharmacist.
Ben's passions include his faith, family, fun, and profession. In his spare time you'll find him volunteering with his church, with his family wife and five kids, on his mountain bike, or serving on one of several boards and associations. He is grateful to be here in the Sevier area now and, in part, credits family roots of settlers in Glenwood and Elsinore for drawing him to the area.
Pharmacy Technician Trainee
Jarren Berrett
Yep, another Golden. Jarren is Jenn and Ben's oldest. He is a reader and enjoys card games. He has been working in the pharmacy since Ben arrived and has shown how quickly he learns. It helps that he likes tech! That's why his primary responsibility is over hardware and software.
